Long expected or long awaited?

It sounds solid but for some reason I'm dissapointed. Haven't listened to every song in detail yet though since I didn't want to ruin the experience I'll have by listening to the actual cd the first time I put it in my music installation :D. It's deff QOTSA I'm hearing, overall a solid sound at a very high level, with no downs but as far I as I can tell now with no ups either.

Might be mistaken, getting the album soon so I hope I can tell myself otherwise :D.

It is clearly no "Über" Album, but a good piece of music in my eyes. Personally I prefer The Dead Weather atm. Still it is interesting to see what Grohl and Homme pulled here. Afaik the LP will have it's release in December and it is gonna end up in my collection.

Checking the latest Skunk Anansie release now...
