Dead Horse...
Sometimes I feel like I'm beatin' a dead horse
An I don't know why you'd be bringin' me down
Some of you might know these lines and yet they popped up in my head only yesterday, when I read about the latest events in eSports. I thought about it whylie being on a plane for some time. Why exactly did this GnR song come to my mind and I want to let you know why. Beating a dead horse is what you say when people try to do the same thing over and over again even though they know what they are trying to achieve simply won't happen.
It gets worse if you kind of call it a revolution. Like you do something supadupa special now. One closer look and you will realise, it is the same old story....beating a dead horse.
Seriously, leave this old horse alone, it simply won't carry the wagon no more. No inch.
As soon as the plane landed, was on my way from Berlin back to Cologne, I had a smile in my face and I started laughing to the inside. The reason you may ask? Quite simple! A team in eSports is a company. A company has to make money. You need to spend less than you earn. Very very simple. If you can't do so, you have to change something, but you are limited. You can either raise your income stream or lower the cost (or both...wow...). A concept I have never ever heard of was just changing the owner of a company, but do the same thing and by that start being profitable.
Well, I guess you understand what I am saying here and I am more than happy to take a fight in the comments, cause I am happy about this event.
Again you will ask yourself, why the fuck is he happy now?
Simple answer: I loved the song back in 1991/1992 and I still do, but it slipped from my mind. Now it is back in my(M) head, where it should be and I am listening to it, while you read this blog...

It may sound funny but you'd think by nowI'd be smilin'
I guess some things never change
Never change
