Stalk Me More Please~

"Aka and I leave". That must be the most annoying words on the ladder to me at the moment. Does it really matter who I am? If I have a smurf-acc, and I do not tell which it is, but only that I have one, why do _YOU_ always have to search through the whole ladderpage to get a chance to find it? Then spam me the whole days "is that guy really you or is it that one?" And why do everyone who meets a guy with 10-0 have to say "Aka?" "Real acc please" "Say acc and I leave" "Tell real acc now or I tower up and makes massdemos" and so on. Today you can almost not even reach lvl 40 before everyone knows who you are, even if you havn't told it to anyone. I don't even consider myself as a good ladderplayer, and usually I don't get better stats than 15~-0, so I can just imagine how it would be for a good "stats"-player like Satinii or Giacomo.
I've been there myself, spamming for you to telling your acc. But now I have realized and I will just leave you alone if you have 55-0 or whatever. The main reasons for me making a smurf-acc is because of:
- I don't want any pressure. When no one knows what my acc is I can just play my own for myself and not for anyone else.
- I usually don't want to get spammed by everyone, some friends are ok though. I will tell you if I want to talk to you, you don't have to ask me :)
- Imo it's just stupid to show your strats to everyone since if I use my realnick the replays might get uploaded with a comment like "LOOK I BEAT THAT GUY FROM THAT CLAN bla bla"
- It's more fun to make a ladder-acc from the start. When you reached high levels it gets slow to play from lvl 47-lvl 50 for example instead of lvl 20-lvl 40.
When I'm looking back at the time when I was asking for real accs all the time I cannot really come up with any good arguments for doing it. You get to know who a player is, and so what? You still lost to him. Are you going to tell your friends "Hi I played this guy, I got raped, but I still played him!" or why do you do it? There is a lot of better things to do, like write a blogg or just play ladder. You will find out who you lost to, maybe not this day but how about the next month, it doesn't really matter atm.
So now I beg you all out there. Stop this bullshit stalking and do something better instead. There will always be unknown smurfs who you never will get to know who they really are.

that's what happened to me when i met caravaggio on ladder, I knew it was him after some months (3-4 months)...
..
sase: your opinion differs a lot from normal players' ...
a lot of people like to be "progamers" etc... so when they meet one (on ladder), they want to know who he is, maybe by happiness, or maybe to see how well can they do vs a gosu..
