The US are planning to build a new monument right in the middle of Washington D.C.
A massive tower right in the middle of the capital, portraying freedom, sovereignity and peace. This isn't exactly big news to us Belgians, but one thing that caught my attention was its name.
The construction will be called "The tower of invincibility"
I mean really? Why don't they just call it "I dare you Osama"
If I were a terrorist it'd be the first building I would bomb, just out of principle, you can't deny the irony right.
Washington residents can now vote as to where this superb building should be constructed. If I may give them a small hint: far away from their own homes.
Or maybe next to the Pentagon. Not one but two gifts for Christmas? Osama will be thrilled.
