Hellouuuuuu! :D

Well, the first thing that I want to say is that I’m super super happy because ESWC have removed the entry fee. When powerka sent me a message on fb yesterday and showed me the news, I immediately called FoXy and fat cat to tell them the good news. I was so excited! Now we are more motivated than ever.

The cup that I was talking about in my blogs didn’t start last Sunday as we thought. The reason was that there weren’t enough female teams signed up. Now it’s full and it will begin tomorrow. Sadly Eliza has serious health problems and she won’t be able to play with us, which is a problem. We all hope she will be fine soon… She told us that we can find 5th girl to replace her for the cup and that’s what we did. We were thinking which girl we could ask because most of the good female players already have teams and its kinda hard. But fitjfiritj remembered about a “free agent” from Belgium that she played with before in a team. Maybe she is unknown to you but she is a good player and also cute. Her nickname is Xenake. All that I know about our first match is that it’s against ASUS Ladies. We still don’t know when we are going to play it but ofc you’re more than welcome to like our fan page on fb and find more info about our future matches there.

Now I want to say that I made a video of me at work a few days ago. When I was on my lunch break I went home and posted it here together with the paypal link which FoXy created because I thought that people might help us. The idea about donation was yours afterall. When I went back to work FoXy asked me for my pw for hltv.org and she deleted the blog because she said that mostly retarded guys were saying bad stuff about it and that it won't work. I was upset a little about this but maybe it was expected. Now I'm posting it without the video because I think that not only 'haters' are reading my blogs but because I believe that there are some guys who will help us out. Ofc if you hate my blogs that much you can send us 10$ and I'll stop writing them, hehe.

As you know even without the fee we still don’t have a home. There is a nice organization which wants us but they can’t give us that much money atm but maybe they can give us a fraction of the sum. That’s why we decide to keep that paypal donation and if you can help us even with 1$ we will really appreciate it. We need to send confirmation and a copy of our transport ticket to ESWC before 30th of September. Not so much time left. If we don’t attend ESWC, which I don’t even want to think about, we will find a way to share the money with you again (maybe we can make some cup or something else). We are not going to use the money for our personal things. I know that not many people will donate, I know that some of you will be too lazy to do it, the others won’t even want to help us but there is nothing that we can lose. Girls S01E07

Dear ESWC,
Me and my teammates are really disappointed because of the lack of information for counter-strike 1.6 female. Also, the entrance fee is a BIG problem for us and the others active female teams like badGirls, OK.fe, szczelamy f hed, eSuba. Girls only have one definite tournament, and that tournament is ESWC. Now, we need to pay 1000$ if we want to participate. This makes our trip to France impossible. The teams which can pay for it are ALTERNATE, VirtusPro, M5, SK, ESC, probably Millenium and cybernation. But I’m sure they don’t like that too. We are not boycotting you, we are begging you to remove the entrance fee because ESWC is really important for us and we have all been waiting for it for so long. As I can see the tournament will be for 12 teams and I don’t know how many of the female teams have registered to participate in it but as I said I think that around 6 teams can pay for sure. Please, make that tournament as nice as last years and let us play it for free. If only 6 teams will go you better cut the female tournament and give everything to the males.

Girls S01E06

Hi! ;D
Before I slept last night I was thinking about writing a short blog. Although there isn’t much to say, I just want to say that looking for a sponsor for ESWC isn’t as easy as I thought. In the beginning we needed around 1000€ but after they announced the information that teams must pay a 1000$ entry fee and then pay for the hotel etc on top... the sum of money soon adds up and reaches around 2000€ but to our disappointment, this was too much for the organisations that we asked to afford. :( After this information the situation for us has got worse, unfortunately we will most likely not be attending ESWC therefore as a team we are really disappointed and this has affected our practices.

We are still awaiting some replies from various organisations and always have hope but we have lost our motivation a bit it would seem. Anyway, there is an online female cup this weekend that we are entering, if you guys would like to see some BAD counter-strike just follow us on facebook. We will post more information there as the time comes. Finally, I would like to share with you a webcam picture I took off myself last night since I was rather bored. Girls S01E05

Hey, everyone!
A long time ago I promised that I would write a blog about how we came across our nicknames. This short blog is for all of you that are interested in that. I will start with Radmila and her weird nickname.

fitjfiritj: I got the name when my friends mother saw me on the street flirting with a guy and the day before she saw me with a different one so she thought I am cheating and that I flirt with everyone and she said to me "You really are a fitjfiritj, you know that?“ So the word fitjfiritj has 3 descriptions/meanings (versions I've heard): one is not so known; familiar with only older people and "always flirting, a bitchy girl who only thinks of her desires" well... that is what that lady told me it means. The other meaning that is familiar with most people is that “fitjfiritj is a person that loves joking mostly about him/herself, always cheerful and full of optimism“ but most of the ppl uses 'fitjfiritj' to describe ”a wealthy, cocky, fashionable guy“ or how people call them 'fancy people' XD ... THE END

powerka: I don’t know what to say.. :D Me and my brother were both thinking off a nickname and he suggested Powerka, therefore I am Powerka! :D

HellRose: When I was around 14-16 years old I was skating, I didn’t play CS at the time and when I was browsing the internet I was always checking skateboarding websites. I found a brand called ‘HellRose’, then when I started playing CS I thought it looked cool! NOT! Haha:D

fat cat: Originally my nickname was tedet, which means absolutely nothing and it comes from my name. I actually like it because it's easy and it's a palindrome. Too bad it's the most unlucky nickname in CS so I never use it (superstitious like that) :). I once used fat cat in a mix as I was listening to the song Ice Cube – Fat Cat at the time and part of the lyrics just got stuck in my head, so pretty much that's it.

FoXy: My original nickname was Brer``Fox. I picked this because I was a fan of "Kuma Lisa" chocolate when I was a kid and also brer fox is like one of the most famous characters in Bulgaria's folk tales. When I started playing CS I was so newb that I didn't know how to write the "``" of my nickname so I made it shorter by using FoXy.

Girls S01E04

Heeeeey!How is your summer guys? Are you having fun? Did you go on vacation? Or are you just staying at home and playing CS like me :D?

This last month we have been practicing with a stand-in because FoXy has been traveling around Europe and blogging for the AlienWare backpacking challenge. We decided to play without her basically just to make our communication better between us because as you already know we have 3 Bulgarians, 1 Serbian and 1 Polish girl! And I believe that our communication is getting better. Anyways! FoXy returned back to Bulgaria on Sunday and on the same day we played some games because we really missed that Lama Lover Girl and we all wanted to play together as soon as possible. It was a good day of practice for us and we all enjoyed it. The sad news is that powerka has gone on vacation to the seaside for a week so our next game will be next Monday.

I know I haven't wrote any blogs recently, mainly because nothing special has happened around us. Some people have asked me when I’m going to write my next blog so this morning I was thinking about it and a cool idea sprung up into my mind. I decided that maybe we can play without powerka this week and play with a stand-in again but this time our 5th player can be one of you. So if you are interested in playing with 4 girls all you need to do is to Like our fan page on facebook and post a comment on the status “Let’s ROCK!”. There are going to be two statuses: one for Thursday and one for Sunday – 20:00 CET. So you can choose a day which is good for you. And yes, you can post a comment on both of the statuses but you can’t be chosen for both. We will randomly select 2 guys: one playing with us on Thursday and the other one on Sunday. Each winner will therefore select two maps of their choice to play with us, obviously standard maps tho. We are going to play on a german server and we will use either ventrilo or TS3. It’s okay if your English is not super good, we are going to play for fun. I hope you like my idea. ;)

Girls S01E03

Hello fellas!
My schedule these last few days has been a bit busy because of work and I have been going out with friends more than usual. The weather here is very hot therefore when I return home all I want to do is shower, eat and go to sleep. I haven't played much CS lately as can be seen with only 12.9hrs in the last 2 weeks but I guess this is normal because of the summer. I will also finish working on the 26th of July meaning I will be back in the game!:D

I’m writing this blog to tell you 3 important things about my team. The first one is that we created an official facebook fan page which you can all like if you want to. The second, which could be seen as good and bad is that FoXy won an AlienWare contest and she will be traveling around Europe for a month; she will need to write some blogs etc and because of that we won’t be able to play which sucks! On the other hand, it’s good for her and maybe she will find a sponsor for our team (I hope). There is also a female cup which starts on the 6th of August, so if we want to participate we will need to find a stand-in 5th player which will probably be an ex-teammate of ours – dez, but nothing is confirmed yet.

I’m not going to write about our history of nicknames in this blog as it will become long winded and personally... I never read long articles. Haha! :D The final thing that I want to tell you is that we have decided to make some highlights from our matches / praccs and upload them on youtube. A big thanks to my lovely friend Cuzo who will make them for us. Every game that we have I keep telling my girls to record a demo but their computers are bad so they don’t want to. During our last pracc, I suppose I was the only one recording and I made an ace vs badGirlz from Spain. It was nothing special but you guys said you want highlights so this is the first one. p.s. I also want to say thanks to another friend of mine nicknamed Woodsy who always helps me write my blogs in proper English. I’m sorry if I disappoint some of you but my English is slightly n00bish and I don’t want all of you guys to read my blogs with 2392038928432 mistakes in them as you would most likely get annoyed.

Girls S01E02

Hello!
First of all I want to tell you that I passed all of the exams and finished my 2nd year at university successfully. I am now back to my hometown and I will stay here until the end of the summer. I brought my own computer with me because the one here is shit. Btw I started to work (selling some jewellery in a shop in the Mall), it’s nothing special and it will be just for a month but I felt really uneasy but excited at the same time because I’ve never worked before haha.

Now let me tell you some things about my team. In my last blog I wrote that we were going to play with LINDESS and I was really happy about it but just 2-3 days after posting my blog she told me that she doesn’t want to play. We were disappointed by this but as a friend of mine says “youngsters always change their mind”. :P As I already mentioned it’s hard to find a good and motivated bulgarian girl so our new 5th player is a foreign one again! Maybe many of you guys know her, especially if u are from Poland. She is cute, skilled and funny girl… her nickname is powerka. Welcome, Eliza! We played with her just one time and our communication was terrible but all of us enjoyed the pracc. We were mixing bulgarian, serbian, english and polish language. It was funny to find out that the bulgarian word for a ‘hole’ which is ‘dupka’ in polish it means – small ass. lol. I’m rly excited about the new line-up and I’m sure it will work perfect in the future.

After reading all the comments from my last blog, me and the girls decided to keep fat cat’s idea for the clan tag - “O+” until we find an organization. Now I would like to ask you if there is anyone who wants to help us by making a creative logo with the “O+” sign. We will appriciate it. =)

Everytime I write a blog I have a big problem with the headline, therefore I have decided that all of my blogs will have the same name - "Girls" and it will be like a TV series :P. There is a song which kinda inspired me about the name: Marina and the diamonds - Girls

Is there anything you would like to read in my future blogs (which doesn’t have to be about gaming)? I have an idea to write a short history blog about mine and my girls nicknames. I don’t know if you want to know about it but as a f4ngirl sometimes I wonder about players nicknames how they were created. I also notice that some of you are interested about fat cat and fitjfiritj nicknames. However, thanks for reading and thanks for all of the support.

Girls S01E01

Hello guyz, I’ve never wrote any blogs before. In this blog I am gonna tell you something about me and my team.
My name is Ivelina, I am 20 years old and study psychology. Most of my time I spend infront of my computer and I am a geeky girl. I've been playing cs for around 5 years now and have never quit, not even for a month.

In Bulgaria there are not many females that play cs therefore I used to play with males. Me and my teammates (FoXy and fat cat) always had problems finding two motivated and serious females and it has always been hard for us to find sponsors. We have attended two big events, the first event was the pan-european tournament in 2009 under the iNNERFiRE.fe clan tag (me, FoXy, fat cat, iveh & dez) and ESWC in 2010 under HSBG.fe (me, FoXy, fat cat, iveh & LINDESS). After all ‘iveh’ quit cs because she is too busy and not really into the game anymore so we had to replace her and find a 5th player which wasn’t easy, but I’m glad to tell you that we finally found a really good Serbian player ‘fitjfiritj’ therefore our current lineup is HellRose, FoXy, fat cat, LINDESS & fitjfiritj. I’m really happy with the lineup as all of them are skilled, motivated and funny, which makes me enjoy our pracc.

I’m the IGL and I am a nervous player who screams a lot but I guess after 5 years I understand that yelling doesn’t help therefore I have learnt to control myself. Also communication has never been a problem for us because bulgarian and serbian languages are similar.

Unfortunately at this time our team doesn’t have any sponsors and we are not playing for any organization. If anyone is interested about us feel free to contact me. We would like to attend ESWC 2011, so if anyone can help us it would be appreciated! I would also like any of you guys reading my blog to tell me if you have any suggestions for a name for our team and leave them in the comments :D. When we have pracc we use “[b]O+[/b]” as a clan tag.

I’m an open person and I can talk about anything so feel free to ask whatever you want and if you want me to keep blogging about something just tell me.
