The age of a Talented Manager

Dear community,
lately I had some discussions with some managers from over the world about the age of a talented manager.
Often organisations only want managers above the age of 18 (or 21).
To be honest, I started managing when I was 14 (yes I was young!) I'm now 17 years (2 months to go before I'm 18)
and I am running a complete organisation as CEO!)
What do you guys think about the age of a talented manager?
Should it be above 18? Or are there some 'teenage top Managers' ?

With that said I would also like to say that I have meet alot of young managers who wanted to manage, but who just couldn't handle it.
The conclusion, in my opinion, is; It does not matter what age you are. It matters how big your talent, energy and skills are. Also important is the seriousity from the respective person.
To finish off I want to say to you, Budkickr, that it is good to see someone bringing up this subject. It is about time that people debate this matter on a higher level.
There are also alot of "managers" that our 14-15-16 more then you think like kuniva sed not everybody can handle it. Ive seen many young managers try a project, To be hounest ive seen none succeed or even exist longer then a few months.
I do believe it can be a good thing if "the older" more experienced managers takes some of these guys under their arm until they are ready for it.
Then maybe their projects would succeed ;)
Examples:
- 15-17 old can't go to a large company/brand and be taken serious.
- They are NOT allowed (by law) to sign contracts with possible sponsors
- They are NOt allowed (by law) to lead or create a company. Neither are they allowed to possess shares of the company.
- No car (ok not all 18+ do also but you need it trust me), so forget about following LANs and companys (unless daddy or mammy drives ofc) but serious, i drive atleast once a month 300km for a LAN, just to say hi to the players, make sure everything is ok, take a few shots, talk to representatives and furthermore. Daddy wont do that imo...
My 2 cents
They can start a company, they can sign contracts with possible sponsors,
Only if there parents signed of code of conduct under the age of 18. With this form you are allowed to create a company or sign contracts with any sort of organisation/firm.
and yes, mostly people from the age of 15 'till 17 aren't taken serious in large companies.
So I'm afraid you got a point outthere
A minor can IMPOSSIBLE be the official head of a company, you need a degree in company administration... And no you cannot get that before your 18 ;)
And btw isn't Lionel Weets (magmax) owner (and official head) of myLegend.
