NiP's Future
By James 'BanKs' Banks

In the past few days the NiP has undergone some changes; it is the two main members of the NiP staff who made the NiP site run as smoothly as possible, Daniel ‘dTm’ Palmer and James ‘Radical’ Henderson, both been with NiP since 2005 and had worked very hard on keeping the site happy, running various competitions, looking after NiP.ViP, basically dedicating a lot of time to NiP, well not to long ago NiP changed CEO’s from Peter Hedlund who made NiP run well, got the sponsors sorted, came to events, kept in touch with the team and worked as hard as he possibly could to ensure NiP had what they need to be a fighting force, But then he had to leave NiP and a new CEO was assigned, Andreas, this is where the problems started, this man did not care for NiP, only about the money but he put NiP on the back while he did what he wanted to do, this resulted in No one having contact with him for months and months, no replies to emails, no help for the staff or players alike. So the guy who is suppose to supply NiP with the information they need, the sponsors and other things, didn’t care, didn’t want to have to work…so why was he their? Well we can’t ask him because he has not logged into the NiP site for months, he does not answer emails.
So now I come to another point, what is going to happen to the players, no one is around to run ViP so the ViP’s cant get any enjoyment from that, the site wont be updated by anyone, the team wont get any help from the CEO so what are they going to do? This question I can’t answer but it just seems stupid how NiP went from a great team/company with good worth, sponsors backing it to something with little money, getting nothing from sponsors and now no staff…
Maybe something can be done about this but if the CEO still doesn’t get the message, Andreas ‘NiP-CEO-‘ You have failed NiP and the supporting fans, you have made no effort to help NiP and if you still don’t decide to do something after all this then you may as well kiss NiP goodbye.
Your thoughts?

tbh i think that he should reasign from his post as the "NiP-CEO". But thats just my opinion. GL James and Dan whit your next step in the eSport!
(Dont take me wrong here im just concerned about NiP's future and how andreas have handled it so far)
Quite frankly, I think everybody who's a regular visitor of these gaming-websites is pretty interested to see what will happen now these two main characters, who have done an outstanding job almost on their own the last what.. 2 years(!), decided to call it quits. I wish the best of luck to the remaining staff & the players.
Topic: Sad for walle and his team -.-
I could definitely see Radical and dTm as prominent members of NiP (seeing all of their work in the website), so I guess it must discouraging to have an un-assisting CEO.
Why do you keep those team tags in your names on other websites? To boost your e-peen? Seriously, that only hurts your orga everytime you make a negative comment. You say it reflects only your own opinion but one cant really avoid seeing the tag and making some kind of link between the comment and orga("so they recruit that kind of people.." etc).
This isnt aimed to just these who commented in this blog. Seen it happen from pretty much every orga's members.
you should know this ;)
ofc it´s just counting for sk-gaming.com
Radical and dTm you both are awesome people and i feel sorry for you. After peter left i had kind of a feeling that NiP will go down, peter always answered immeditaly to an email and there were no problem with communication.
If not, it will be very tough find a organization as big and productive as the former NiP was. Only time will tell.
To off-topic then,
#11 & #26 Already showed a clear fact of what ppl have been talking here. When you enter to a registered organization, you will automatically start the affecting. You already harm organization's imago or give a positive image from it, depend about the people. The way how you affect gives an aspect of what organization's work environment looks like, and therefore to its quality and every such ideals regarding the case. These communities are like public stages, so what ever you write here or there or somewhere affects no doubt.
EDIT: Wonder why Fnatic's posters are wasting 99,9% of their time here at SK, when they should more likely focus that amount to Fnatic.
love u guys tho
NiP wont live any longer - the sponsors have taken back their work with the organiazation.
Only the crew can make up with this, and for instant make up a new team for the furture.
I was just on the site the other day. Hasn't been updated in months and I thought that the organization was shut down. I had no idea about these issues. This actually really sucks, I feel bad for Radical and dTm since I know they usually are pretty dedicated and work hard. Hopefully they can make that CEO step down and introduce a newer, more dedicated manager who can oversee things better.
