My WoW career
This is quick, just to get some stuff on my page at SK. My WoW CareerI could write on this for PAGES, but that'd get boring. In a nutshell, I've played WoW since release, ally rogue, then ally warrior for MAJORITY of pre-bc, then ally priest too. Level'd all three to 70 with BC, played my undead rogue at 70 a bit. Wotlk came out, played my UD rogue, then got a little bored and went back to alliance side. I play both back and fourth now, i get sick of one and go back, etc... I've always had a love for rogues, and still do. I LOVED my warrior pre-bc, and was VERY into arenas at level 70, even hit gladiator in S3. That was when it was over for me. Arena grinds killed me, although i loved it at the time, it just was ruining my life, literally. 5am nights when i had to be up at 7am... it was bad
I guess what I'm getting at, is that i'd really like to "settle down". I kind of have recently, I play with some real life friends on my warrior, which i transferred back to my original PvE server. We run 10 mans, i MT and run the raids, and its pretty laid back. It gets boring to me at times, but i like the people i play with, so it works.
My Rogue is what i USUALLY enjoy the most. My one problem is that i've never found good people to play with. I'm no pro, but i hold my own. I get the game, i get what people are doing, i just make some mental errors that "pro gamers" may not. I went from Tichondrius, Cho'gall, to Arthas with my rogue. Im thinking about going to Blackdragon Flight. I see Buddhists videos, and could see myself fitting in with a group of guys like that. The people that i run into now are PvE'ers, or THINK they're good at PvP, then fail hard. It gets a bit tedious, and really starts pushing me away from arenas because a mage cant grasp dpsing while a target is in a frost nova... yada yada...
This is whats on my mind. What should i do? I seem to only find pve'ers on Arthas, and no real good pvpers. I want to find a group of people, who are into pvp and are good at it, while also being fun to play with. No nerd raging d-bags. So do i log on Blackdragon flight and send Buddhist a tell and be like "hey, i'm jealous of you and your friends, and im going to transfer and shadow you like a freak"?
i'm just lonley, and really long for people who are good at pvp.
Everyone i pvp'd at 70 with, that was good, were a few RL friends of mine, who dont even play anymore. It's just hard to convince people to give you a chance when you're just "another rogue in average gear". I think this is why im so indecisive as of late. I need to find people that are cool. like myself :-p
