Yes, you can remove the logo, its just a piece of aluminium. But then you will have quite a big hole in there, and thats the difficult part :o) I use special plastic cement for fixing car bumpers - its hard and gets hard pretty fast

The paper you see is just a sticky paper for transportation

The nicks / logos are done on a special machine for about 2000€ :o)
I have no idea. It is some japanese thing :o) A friend does it for me in his company...
